Introduction / the Autobiographical Section
I have made many games over the years.
I started my game development journey on Scratch, back when it was still in 2.0
(3.0 sucks!!! lol).
After messing about with python & pygame I found love2d.
Love2d is an amazing framework that is simultaneously easy to learn and
extremely capable. Needless to say I somewhat fell in love with the LUA language.
Nowadays I'm on the fence about learning C, and continue to make games
with love2d. Listed below are some of those games, as well as subpages to the
right for more notable entries.
Also, big shoutout to the Pico-8! Pico-8 is a fantasy console, more
information at lexaloffle.com.
I probably found out about it in a youtube video or something, but it helped
me to learn the lua language and to this day is a fun platform I enjoy
making games for. If you are interested in game development at all, I highly
recommend it, it's worth the 15$. It also inspired me to try developing fantasy
consoles of my own, which you can find out more about in the subpages to the
right.
Itch.io
I have a few games listed on my itch.io page, linked here: pugmakesgames.itch.io.
